最近再次参加了ArtStation网站举办的社区挑战赛，第十二届主题是新东京【Neo Tokyo: Exponential Reality】，挑战赛分概念和制作阶段，制作阶段的参与者可任意选取概念阶段参与者创作的概念设计作品为原型，进行3D创作演绎。我参加的仍然是制作阶段的电影/视觉特效角色艺术【Film/VFX Character Art（rendered）】门类的挑战。
在一众赛博朋克的概念设计图中，我一眼挑中了来自 Anastasiya Pankova 的作品《Lamplighter》，不同于中世纪的灯夫，在人类未来大都市中，身上长满藤蔓的人工智能机器人通过萤火虫点亮都市。这个设计在冰冷的机械外表下，蕴藏着自然的温情。兼具硬表面建模和有机形态雕刻的挑战。
以下就是我对Lamplighter的3D演绎啦~分别制作了日光和夜色两个版本。
